The Team Behind Negron Rentals
Negron Rentals was built from the ground up by husband-and-wife team Raul and Kristin, each bringing a different but equally important strength to the business. At Negron Rentals, we believe real estate is more than transactions—it’s transformation. We focus our investments in Camden, a city with incredible history, potential, and community strength. For us, Camden isn’t just a location on a map. It’s personal. Raul grew up here, and every home we purchase, restore, or manage is driven by a genuine commitment to give back to the neighborhoods that shaped him.

Our Story
Raul grew up in Camden, and that personal connection is a big part of why the company focuses so heavily on investing in the city. He leads all acquisitions and renovation projects, spending most of his time out in the field evaluating properties, managing rehabs, and making sure each home is renovated with care, quality, and practicality.
Kristin works on the operational side of the business, drawing on nearly a decade of experience analyzing and improving business systems. She handles the behind-the-scenes processes that keep things running smoothly — from organizing paperwork and legal details to managing tenant communication and creating structure as the company grows.
Together, Raul and Kristin balance the hands-on work happening in the community with the internal systems that support it. Their combined approach allows Negron Rentals to grow in a way that’s steady, thoughtful, and centered on making a positive impact in Camden.
